It's motivational Mondays on The Meeting Place Community. Today we are talking about promises- made, kept, unfulfilled, broken...promises made by ourselves to ourselves, promises made by others to us or by us to others. Whatever the promise or its context and conditions, don't let it break you. You are stronger than the promise. We want to share with you our journal issue that focuses on the indomitable spirit of our Haitian brothers and sisters. It's entitled "Haiti's Book of Promises: stories and de-histories of the Grand Rue.
